Top 20 films of the year so far

So here it is... a little late because I thought Looper would be included (it isn't) and I still haven't seen Untouchable.
Nevertheless, after considerable thought, here are the best 20 films of the year so far, in the view of everyfilmin2012 (that would be me).
There are 54 (including this week's new releases which I have not seen (guess what I will be doing on my week off work!).
